So yesterday I turned 17, and I had sushi cake (it's what I wanted) and soda at my party. I got a whole bunch of cards with money, a new Gwen poster to fill up this empty space on my wall, some fabric, and a mysterious wrapped box.
The box looked like an ordinary birthday gift on the outside (box-shaped with birthday wrapping paper)... I tore off the paper, opened it up...
...and you would not BELIEVE what the box had in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey everyone! I know I've not really been posting much new MLAATR art lately. Why? It's because I've been working on something big: a MLAATR fan comic! Yeah, I started on it about two days ago, and I already have the first page done.
I drew the outlines of the panels with the computer, printed it, and penciled in the art and inked it. Finally, I added the finishing touches, including the gray stuff (because it's going to be black and white) and words in speech bubbles, with the computer. I'm doing it this way because I feel like I could get it done faster this way than by drawing the entire thing with the computer. The second page is still in it's pencil stage (I have to ink it next).
But, I need ideas for the rest of the story. Right now, all I have (both pages added up) is Jenny waking up, talking to her mom about an interview she (Mrs. Wakeman) has go to, and then Jenny heads off to school. I don't want a laugh-out-loud funny story, I want it to be a little more serious and dramatic than comical. So please share your ideas with me, if you come up with any good ones.

*gasp* Today is MY ABSOLUTE LUCKY DAY!!
I went to the mall to see if they had all the Sushi Pack stuff back, but I still didn't see it on the shelves. So I went up to this person who worked there and asked about the Sushi Pack stuff I was after, and *gasp* she said they had it in the back! I was so excited!!! She went in there and came out with the SUSHI PACK STUFF! A WHOLE LOT OF IT!!! I was like "OHMYGOSH  I'm SO BUYING ALL THIS!!" So I ran excitedly up to the counter and got out my wallet, forked out the money (Christmas money) and went home with:
* Four plushies. They didn't have Tako (the blue octopus)...
* A metal lunchbox
* A metal Wasabi keychain (I could clip that to my backpack)
* A shirt with Wasabi on it (It actually fits on me)
* A free DVD
Best of all...this means I FINALLY GOT MY WASABI PLUSHIE!!! The one I didn't get for Christmas!!! My mom even said I had a lucky angel with me today! ^0^
I was really worried that they wouldn't get any more of that stuff in, and BOY WAS I WRONG!!!
I will probably post a picture of al my new goodies later.

My Christmas was a blast for me, but I STILL didn't get my Nintendo DS or my Wasabi plushie...but I have a bunch of eBay/Christmas money that I can use to buy those things myself. I don't know if I want to spend over $100 on a Nintendo DS (plus some games), and I'll return to the mall in about a week to see if they have my sweet little Wasabi plushie that I've been wanting so bad for a few weeks...So yeah, that's something for me to look forward to.

So basically, this year's Christmas was pretty good, I got MOST of what I wanted.


MUST...HAVE...WASABI PLUSHIE!!! CAN'T WAIT ANY LONGER! D=

Christmas is right around the corner, so I just thought 'd share a few things I want with you guys...

First of all, I've ALWAYS wanted a Nintendo DS. I remember borrowing one from my cousin. I rented some games for it, and I was like "This is even more fun than a Game Boy!". So...I...must...get...one.





Okay, now what else did I want? I wanted a leafeon plushie to go with my glaceon plushie. The one shown below isn't really the one I wanted...I just couldn't find a pic of the one I DID want at the moment.





Another thing that I want is a Sushi Pack plushie. I've been loving that show a lot lately (flavor of the month, I guess?), and I REALLY WANT ONE OF THOSE PLUSHIES. They're all so cute.
Got time for a story? A while ago, I went to my local mall (which is where I first heard of this show), and they DID have a whole bunch of Sushi Pack stuff in this one store. But last month or so, they had TAKEN IT ALL DOWN. I kind of panicked for a moment, until I found out that they just took it all down to put up all the Christmas stuff. They said they'd put it all up again after Christmas...whew. ^^U
The plushies I saw are shown below. Even though the little green one is my personal favorite, I think I want either the pink or purple one more. I just think they were designed a little cuter (I don't know...I seem to like plushies with their mouths closed more). So I think I know what some of my Christmas money is going toward... XD






So there you have it. A few items I want for Christmas. ^-^

The little stuffed glaceon I bought with my eBay money is here!
Yeah, I got him from eBay in mint condition with the tags and everything. I did already have a pokedoll glaceon, but I thought my new one looked so much better.
My new glaceon is in a laying-down-on-belly pose, and he's really squishy soft. =3
I wanted the leafeon that goes with him too, but I thought I'd just buy one for now and spend my money carefully.
...and about two days before he arrived, I spotted ANOTHER stuffed glaceon (and leafeon, too) on eBay! *_* ...Uh oh...do I want to spend even MORE ebay money?! Nah, I think I'll wait for christmas...

This is something that happened to me just yesterday...

I downloaded Jazz Jackrabbit 2: The Secret Files!
I've been trying to hunt down JJ2: TSF for a long time, and I downloaded it for free and all that hard work paid off.
It was really fun so far. In fact I think I had so much fun that I played about SEVEN LEVELS NONSTOP! Boy did my brain feel fried by the time I took a break...BUT IT WAS FUN!
I did get a slightly agitated when I got to the levels with the ghosts and skeletons and stuff like that. I was like "Augh, the skeletons! They're EVERYWHERE!" But I took a break at the second "city" level. AND THE DARN GAME WOULDN'T LET ME SAVE! I LOST MY HIGH SCORE! GRRR...well...at least I know the cheat code that lets me skip all the way ahead to where I was...:3

I remember when I first discovered Jazz Jackrabbit. I was about four or five at the time (no joke!) and I really liked watching people play it and stuff. And I'm talking about Jazz Jackrabbit 1, the really old one.
I also loved drawing Jazz when I was that young. How much, exactly? Well, you know how much I love drawing Jenny now? THAT'S how much.
And I remember going to the video game store and I saw Jazz Jackrabbit 2 in a box on the shelf. I thought, "Oh my gosh. Must have!" I did end up getting it as a Christmas present. But that was years ago...I know JJ2 came out in 1999 and I STILL PLAY IT!! The JJ2 game I downloaded yesterday is also from 1999...it may be an old game...BUT IT'S FUN! YEAH!

I know I still have some of my old (ancient) Jazz drawings somewhere. I'll think about digging one out and posting it here. You know, so you guys can see how I drew when I was little.

I have no ideas why I'm sharing this story. I just wanted to post it just to post it, I guess...=3

I have no idea why nobody wanted Brad and Tuck. The fire Jenny seemed to be a hit, though.
I may repost Brad and Tuck in the future. Maybe I'll have better luck next time.

Tomorrow's Halloween, and I'm so excited.
I probably won't go trick-or-treating much this year... T_T
...but I will get to pass out candy in my Jenny costume. Ooh boy, I really can't wait to hear what the trick or treaters will say! (Some random kid asking for candy could say Ohmygosh It's JENNY!!!)
We were also thinking about having a Halloween party with some friends at our house the day before Halloween (which was today), but...that just didn't happen...yeah, that's a shame. :<

I will be posting more stuff on ebay in the near future, including the following things I might consider making and putting up:
* Jenny plushies (I still have to make some more Jenny to sell, maybe more normal, retro, and hot rod Jennys)
* MLAATR hats (including Jenny, Jenny's sisters, and Vexus)
* MAYBE some random MLAATR stuff, such as pillows/cushions. I know a few people who think MLAATR pillows are a great idea, so I might think about making some.
* Pokemon pushies. Actually, the pokemon plushies will probably come later because I want to stick to MLAATR stuff for now.

Suggestions and ideas are welcome.


ABOUT PLUSHIE COMMISSIONS: I've had quite a few people ask me about this, and the answer is no, I do not do plushie commissions right now. I most likely will in the future; I just have to figure out how first...
