Fake pokemon: Quartzeon

A fake pokemon I made up, one that evolves from eevee. I have drawn two different pictures of this one (one normal and one ultra-rare shiny). Here is the info about this pokemon:

Name: Quartzeon
Type(s): Rock
Classification: Crystal pokemon
Evolutions: Quatzeon is fully evolved.
Notes: This pokemon resembles a dog-like creature with crystals around its neck, some on its head, and some for a tail and ears. Its name comes from "quartz" (a kind of crystal) with the suffix "eon".
Its crystals are said to change color depending on the weather. When it is sunny the crystals are clear white, but when it is cloudy, the crystals look bluish.
